Ormo Road Yarnbomb June 2014

This year I decided that the Ormeau Road was looking a bit hostile and unwelcoming and seriously needed an injection of warm, friendly, pretty and witty wool art.  I made 42 pieces - one for each lamp post - and enlisted a group of friends to attach them.   Then on June 26th 2014 we hit the road... 

Since then, several other people have added pieces too and there has been a lot of positive feedback about this uncontentious and inclusive addition to the message that is being sent to all the people who travel through this welcoming and eclectic community.
